It’s twelve-fifteen A.M., and in twilight slumber, I feel my body vibrating. Half-asleep, I think, what’s going on? Is this a neurological Lyme symptom?
I open my eyes, and the ceiling lamp is moving back and forth, back and forth. Lyme vertigo?
Then I realize that everything around me is shaking and thundering, as if, as if… the ground is moving!
Can you tell I’ve never been in an earthquake?
At least it’s not Lyme disease!
